Terms of Service

Mindful Trading provides a Chrome browser extension that intercepts order submissions on Robinhood and presents the user with a customisable pre-trade checklist. The Service also includes a web application at mindfultrading.coach that provides account management, market analysis tools (including Fibonacci level calculations), and subscription billing.

The Service is a productivity and discipline tool only. It does not execute trades, provide investment advice, manage assets, or act as a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Access to certain features requires you to create an account via Manus OAuth (Google sign-in). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used fraudulently or abusively.

Access to the full Service requires a paid subscription at the rate of $15.00 USD per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

The Mindful Trading Chrome extension is designed to work with the Robinhood trading platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc. Use of the extension is subject to Robinhood's own terms of service, and we make no warranty that the extension will remain compatible with Robinhood's platform as it changes over time.

The extension stores your trading rules locally in your browser via chrome.storage and, if you are a registered subscriber, syncs them to our servers. You are solely responsible for the trading rules you configure.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the Service without our written permission.

The Service does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. Nothing on the Service should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. All trading rules, Fibonacci levels, and other analytical tools provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only.

Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Mindful Trading and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINDFUL TRADING AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mindful Trading and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
